Australia Post delivery services are used for all orders.
Free standard parcel post delivery on all orders Australia-wide.
Express post shipping option is available at check out for $8.50 AUD.
Products will only be delivered to street addresses within Australia.
Delivery is unavailable to parcel lockers, PO Boxes, and Private Bags in order to prevent potential high temperature exposure and ensure timely collection upon delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly upon order placement. Once the order has been processed the address cannot be changed or updated. Darrell Lea is not responsible if products are shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Orders are packed and dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales (working days). Orders placed after 12pm Fridays, on weekends or on public holidays in New South Wales will be packed or dispatched the following working day.
Darrell Lea endeavours to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order confirmation.
Customers may be provided with a tracking number or notification through Australia Post to keep up to date with the shipment of the products they have ordered.
Australia Post usually delivers between 7am - 5pm local time in Australia. Delivery during specific timeframes cannot be accommodated. Our team will always endeavour to have your order dispatched and delivered in a timely manner, however, Darrell Lea cannot control external factors such as weather, service interruptions or Australia Post processing times. Therefore, Darrell Lea cannot be held responsible for delays to estimated delivery timeframes or occurrences to the extent it is outside its reasonable control.
Delivery to regional addresses can be subject to longer delivery timeframes than deliveries to metropolitan areas.
We are unable to accommodate the application of 'authority to leave'. Conditions out of Darrell Lea's control such as weather, and environment of delivery address have the ability to impact the structural integrity of the goods. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the recipient to take delivery and Darrell Lea cannot be held responsible for resending returned parcels upon recipients’ failure to collect.
If no recipient is available on delivery, deliveries may be taken to an Australia Post depot for collection by customers, at the customer’s risk.
